Whether you want to add a personal touch to one of our designs or dream up something entirely new, our bespoke service lets you create a piece that’s uniquely yours.

No matter where you are, we can collaborate to craft a beautiful design that perfectly captures your style—whether it’s a custom engagement ring, a wedding band, or a special piece of fine jewellery.

Working one-on-one with a jeweller, we can guide you through the exciting journey of choosing your own gemstone and bringing your bespoke piece to life.

 

HOW IT WORKS

  • Step 01: Initial Design Consultation

    The journey begins when you reach out to us. We'll discuss your general design preferences, including your favorite stones, preferred metals, and overall vision. We'll also consider your needs, budget, and time frame. If it’s a surprise, we can guide you through determining the right finger size. Together, we'll sketch out ideas and prepare a computer-aided design (CAD) for your approval, ensuring every detail is just right.

  • Step 02: Gemstone Discovery

    With your budget and design in mind, we’ll start sourcing the perfect gemstones for you. You'll receive videos and photos of potential stones, and if you're local, you can even see them in person. This step ensures that the centerpiece of your design is exactly what you envisioned.

  • Step 03: Bringing it all Together

    Once we've finalised the design and chosen the stones, the crafting begins. This typically takes a minimum of 4-6 weeks, as each piece is meticulously made. If you need your jewellery sooner, let us know and we can discuss expedited options to accommodate your timeline.

  • Step 04: Final Touches & Delivery

    When your piece is ready, we’ll arrange for you to either pick it up or have it posted to you. We can also discuss insurance options if you’re interested. If you're in Australia and the fit isn’t quite right, we offer a free resize to ensure it fits perfectly. Your jewellery will be beautifully packaged in a handmade walnut ring box, with discreet options available for engagement rings.
